Payment Solutions

Take payments on fair terms — with someone in your corner on the fees.

Card processing is a market built on complexity: tiered rates, bundled fees and contracts designed to be hard to compare. We act as a broker and ongoing advisor — comparing merchant services on your behalf, translating the small print, and staying involved after the switch so the deal you were sold is the deal you keep.

DFAQ

Straight answers

How do you get paid for this?

Brokers in this market are typically remunerated by the providers. We're upfront about that in the consultation — the important thing is that we compare across options rather than pushing a single provider, so the recommendation is driven by your costs, not ours.

What does 'true cost' mean — isn't the rate the rate?

Rarely. A low headline rate can hide authorisation fees, minimum monthly charges, PCI fees, terminal rental and non-qualified transaction surcharges. We add all of it up so you're comparing the real per-transaction cost, not a marketing number.

Can you help if I'm locked into a contract?

We can review your current agreement, explain what leaving would actually cost, and time any switch around the terms. Sometimes the exit fee is worth paying and sometimes it isn't — we'll show you the maths either way.

Do you help after the switch, or just set it up and disappear?

Ongoing support is the point. Rates can drift and problems come up, so we stay involved with periodic reviews and act as your contact when something needs sorting — rather than vanishing once the paperwork is signed.
